Shipping Policy

All orders are delivered by the United States Postal Service (USPS) or United Parcel Service (UPS) with order status information provided via email. If products are on backorder, we will provide you with an estimated ship date for the backordered products, usually by email.

Upon order confirmation, please verify that your shipping address is correct, including the recipient's first and last name, apartment or suite number (if applicable), and correct zip code. The Energy Saving Outlet is not responsible for items shipped to an incorrect shipping address.

Lost or Stolen Shipments

All products purchased from this website are transported and delivered to you by an independent carrier not affiliated with, or controlled by, Energy Saving Outlet. Once the shipment has been delivered to the carrier, the Energy Saving Outlet is not responsible for lost or stolen items. If you do not receive your package, you should contact the carrier. If they are not able to locate your shipment or assist you, our customer service team can assist you with processing a claim to receive the lost value of your order. We recommend filing a police report if you believe your shipment was stolen.
